Return Policy

We have a strict 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item or purchase to return your item/request a return or exchange for your item.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and with all of its original packaging. Items that do not meet this criteria will not be eligible to return/exchange.


You’ll also need to have the receipt (proof of purchase) for any item(s) you want to return or exchange. If you do not have a receipt for the item(s) you want to return or exchange, we simply cannot verify your purchase/purchase date and will not allow any items without a receipt to be returned or exchanged. 


To start a return or exchange, click on the  (Start a Return) button below. You'll need your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any return.

Damages and issues with product(s):

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please  contact us at orders@maeroseinteriors.com


Mae Rose Interiors is not responsible for missing or stolen packages once delivery confirmation has been made.
